Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 15 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped. Note: Shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to high demand or postal issues beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Calculated Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout.
• Flat Rate: ₹1500 shipping for select Pincode locations under 5kg.
• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹50,000 qualify for free delivery (for select Pincode areas).

Local Delivery

• Free delivery for orders above ₹25,000 within the local coverage area.
• Flat rate ₹750 for orders below ₹25,000.
• Deliveries occur between 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. A confirmation SMS will be sent before delivery using your provided contact number.

In-Store Pickup

• Free local pickup available at [Local area].
• Ready within 3–7 business days.
• You’ll receive a pickup notification via email.
• Pickup hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please bring your confirmation email.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally to [list of countries].
• Shipping fees will be calculated and shown during checkout.
• Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import/export duties and government taxes upon arrival. These are the customer’s responsibility. MSP Infraproject and Development Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for these charges.
